Site Description: The predecessor of Shenyang Intermediate People's Court is the People's Court of special city. On November 2, 1948, Shenyang was liberated. On November 20 of the same year, the People's Court of special city, the people's judicial organ, was born. On May 1, 1949, with the adjustment of national administrative divisions, special city was changed into Shenyang, and the People's Court of special city was subsequently renamed as Shenyang People's Court. On March 1, 1955, China implemented a "four level" and "second instance" system, and the Shenyang Municipal People's Court was renamed as the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court in Liaoning Province.
