Site Description: The China Association of Certified Public Accountants is a social organization legal person established in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Certified Public Accountants Law" and the "Regulations on the Registration of Social Organizations". It is a management organization of the Chinese Certified Public Accountants industry, established in November 1988. The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants joined the Asia Pacific Federation of Accountants and the International Federation of Accountants in October 1996 and May 1997, respectively, and established friendly cooperation and communication relationships with more than 50 overseas accounting professional organizations. The highest authority of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants is the National Congress of Members, which elects a council. The council elects a president, vice president, and executive council, with several specialized committees and professional committees established by the council. The Executive Council exercises its powers during the period when the Council is not in session. The association has a secretariat as its permanent executive body.
